Site development plan
Vicinity map
Sketch plan of the house
Bill of materials
Proof of ownership
Tax declaration / Certificate of Title (COT) / OCT
Land tax receipt (current year)
Barangay building clearance
Cedula (photocopy)
DPWH clearance, if applicable
Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), if applicable
